Welcome Tim Buk Tu fans
As we sit here patiently awaiting spring, wanted to say to everyone out there from the restaurant. We are hoping to have some great local grown produce and fruits for the restaurant this year, as well as table flowers and such.
I'll keep everyone up to date on what we are growing and how we are growing it.
Those of you local or that are traveling to Lyndonville, Vermont in the Northeast Kingdom, you should check out Chef Mathew Barrett's restaurant called Tim Buk Tu's. Matt is a great chef, and his meals are special, makes just about everything from scratch. Matt spent some time out west perfecting his skills. You won't believe your taste buds.
Putting together a Tim Buk Tus softball team, might need a couple ball players, if your no good, don't apply, we need ringers, sorry.
